With a caption that read, “Trust me, I have magical foresight”, Barbie Forteza cast a spell over the GMA Gala 2025. Our current cover girl arrived as a vision in deep bordeaux, wearing a custom Ehrran Montoya creation, Barbie embodied a modern sorceress-meets-starlet fantasy.
The form-fitting gown clung like armor, sculpting her silhouette into cinematic perfection. A sheer cape trailed from her shoulders, catching the light like smoke and shadows under a blood moon.
Barbie’s styling, led by Janra and Vincent Coriosa, was elevated down to the smallest detail. She carried a Neil Felipp minaudière, accented with statement pieces from Love Rocks, and grounded the look in classic Gucci heels.
Her glam sealed the enchantment: softly glowing skin, sculpted blush, and glassy eyes by Toni Aviles, paired with a sleek short bob by Fatima Mercado. Her sharp red nails by Posh Nails became their own kind of spellwork, powerful, precise, and impossible to ignore. The entire set, brought to life through Niccolo Cosme’s lens and Nigel del Mundo’s layout, felt more like a high-concept fashion editorial than a red carpet look.
Barbie Forteza didn’t just walk into the gala, she conjured it. And with magical foresight on her side, it’s clear she’s just getting started.
