Cetaphil Takes Skincare Expertise on the Road with Derm On Tour

By Joy Agoylo

In a move that blends science, accessibility, and star power, Cetaphil brings dermatologist-backed skincare closer to Filipinos with the launch of Cetaphil SkinLabs: Derm On Tour, a nationwide initiative designed to deliver expert skin guidance straight to communities.

Building on the success of Cetaphil SkinLabs in 2025, the brand’s immersive, science-led platform evolves into something even more impactful. Derm On Tour transforms dermatological expertise into something tangible, practical, approachable, and deeply relevant to everyday skincare routines.

The launch unfolded as a star-studded affair, with Anne Curtis, Catriona Gray, Donny Pangilinan, Hannah Pangilinan, Atasha Muhlach, Kaila Estrada, and Cassy Legaspi in attendance, alongside Cetaphil Baby ambassadors Nico Bolzico, Andi Manzano, Jess Wilson, and Laura Lehmann. Together, they amplified a shared message: skincare should be rooted in science and accessible to all.

More than just a launch, the event marked the beginning of a movement. At its core is a mission to empower Filipinos to better understand their skin through expert-led education.

“Sensitive skin is more common than many people think, yet access to expert skincare guidance isn’t always easy,” shared Mark Joseph Sarmiento, Cetaphil Business Unit Head. “Derm On Tour is our way of bringing dermatological expertise closer to Filipino communities—so people can better understand their skin and make informed decisions about skincare.”

Where Science Meets Everyday Skincare

True to its dermatologist-trusted heritage, Cetaphil placed science front and center. Board-certified dermatologists and pediatric experts guided guests through the fundamentals of sensitive skin, breaking down the impact of modern stressors like pollution, blue light exposure, and lack of sleep.

Interactive Derm On Tour booths elevated the experience, offering guests complimentary skin consultations and hands-on exploration of skincare solutions tailored to their needs.

Among the highlights were the brand’s latest innovations: the Advanced Defence AM Serum and Repair & Renew PM Serum, designed to work in synergy, protecting the skin from daily aggressors while supporting overnight recovery.

Skin Stories, Told by Those Who Live Them

The evening also offered a more personal lens on skincare, with ambassadors sharing their own journeys.

For Anne Curtis, simplicity is key. “Life can get busy with work and family, so I appreciate skincare that’s effective but uncomplicated,” she shared. “Cetaphil has always been about gentle care that works, and that’s something I truly value.”

Catriona Gray echoed the importance of resilience in skincare. “When you’re constantly on the go, your skin goes through a lot,” she said. “Learning from my derma about how to defend and repair the skin barrier really changed how I approach my skincare routine.”

Meanwhile, younger ambassadors like Donny and Hannah Pangilinan, along with Atasha Muhlach, encouraged a shift away from trend-driven routines toward expert-informed care.

On the parenting front, Andi Manzano, Jess Wilson, Nico Bolzico, and Laura Lehmann spoke candidly about caring for delicate baby skin, highlighting how access to expert advice can make all the difference.

For Cassy Legaspi and Kaila Estrada, joining the Cetaphil family signals more than a partnership, it’s a platform to champion mindful, science-backed skincare choices.

A More Inclusive Future for Sensitive Skin

Through Derm On Tour, Cetaphil continues to strengthen its advocacy under #ForEveryonesSensitiveSkin, an inclusive approach that recognizes every skin story and reinforces that expert care should never be out of reach.

As the initiative rolls out nationwide, one thing becomes clear: skincare is no longer just about products, it’s about understanding, education, and empowerment.
