Dermorepubliq is no longer just riding the TikTok Shop beauty wave. The Filipino skincare brand has moved 4.5 million units of its two biggest products on the platform, cementing its position as TikTok Shop Philippines’ No. 1 Beauty and Personal Care Brand.

The numbers are significant. Dermorepubliq’s 5% Niacinamide + Hyaluronic Acid Serum has surpassed 3 million units sold nationwide on TikTok Shop, while its 7% Glycolic Acid Toner has crossed the 1.5 million mark. Combined, the two products account for more than 4.5 million units sold.
The milestone comes alongside a 310% year-on-year increase in revenue from 2024 to 2025, pointing to a much bigger shift in the way Filipino consumers are shopping for skincare. Rather than paying for prestige alone, shoppers are increasingly looking for products that are accessible, ingredient-focused, and made with specific skin concerns in mind.
That has been central to Dermorepubliq’s proposition since its founding in 2020. Its range focuses on science-backed and dermatologically tested formulations developed for sensitive and acne-prone skin, an approach that has found a substantial audience among Filipino consumers.
“The level of growth we’ve achieved reflects the fundamental shift in how Filipinos approach skincare,” said Keith Sta. Barbara, Founder and CEO of Dermorepubliq. “Our goal has always been to make science-backed formulations accessible to those with sensitive skin without breaking the bank. Crossing these unit milestones proves that local consumers value transparency, efficacy, and clinical research above traditional brand prestige.”
TikTok Shop has played a major role in that growth, but the brand’s performance has extended beyond individual viral moments. Dermorepubliq has built a sizable live-commerce operation and affiliate network, putting its products in front of consumers through demonstrations, creator recommendations, and real-time conversations about skincare.
The strategy has also earned industry recognition. On July 13, Dermorepubliq received the Innovative Content Award at the TikTok Shop Summit 2026. It previously took home the Emerald Award for Top Beauty Brand at the TikTok Shop Annual Awards 2025 and Best Local Hero Campaign at the TikTok Ad Awards 2024.

Its focus on education has become another part of the brand’s digital identity. At TikTok Beauty Fest 2026, Dermorepubliq returned to the main stage to conduct masterclasses on skin education and highlight local cosmetic research, moving the conversation beyond simply selling another viral product.
Now, the brand is taking that momentum outside skincare.
For the second half of 2026, Dermorepubliq is entering the health and wellness category with DermoWhite+ S-Acetyl Glutathione Capsules and DermoSip Collagen Juice. At the same time, it is expanding its physical presence through select Watsons stores nationwide and dedicated kiosks at SM Fairview, SM Masinag, SM Tanza, SM Sta. Mesa, and Riverbanks Center.

The expansion comes after another major win for the brand: its viral “breakup” billboard campaign received a Gold Stevie at the 2026 Asia-Pacific Stevie Awards, adding a marketing accolade to an already strong record of digital performance.

What started as a local skincare brand built around accessible formulations has grown into a business with a sizeable digital audience, a growing retail footprint, and ambitions beyond skincare. With millions of units already sold, Dermorepubliq’s latest numbers suggest that Filipino beauty consumers are not simply following what goes viral, they are paying attention to what works, what fits their budget, and what earns their trust.
Dermorepubliq products are available through select physical stores and online via TikTok Shop, Shopee, Lazada, Watsons Online, and its official website.
