Eyeshadow can be a tricky makeup product. You want to nail the placement, layering, and blending, and there’s always that fear you may do all of that work only for the shadows to fade or crease.
Enter: eye primer. Its main goal is to keep your eyeliner or eyeshadow exactly where you want it. So if you don’t want your cat eye to mess up, use a primer. A good one will also help shadow from creasing.
