Pia Wurtzbach Shines in Royal Blue at the British Fashion Awards

By Dara Clariza Evangelista

Pia Wurtzbach marked her first red carpet appearance in the fashion scene in London, as she graced the British Fashion Awards.

The Miss Universe 2015 titleholder will always be tied to royal blue. From her Albert Andrada winning gown to her Michael Cinco farewell look and now another striking blue moment, the color has become part of her story.

London’s Royal Albert Hall may be known for its legacy, but during The Fashion Awards 2025, Pia brought a sense of modern glamour that felt entirely her own. Invited by Bulgari, Pia stepped onto the red carpet in a look that immediately commanded attention. She wore a deep, highly saturated blue couture piece from Robert Wun’s Fall 2025 collection, a designer known for sharp, sculptural silhouettes and emotionally charged construction.

On her, the design became a masterclass in restrained drama. The midnight blue tone subtly echoed Bulgari’s affinity for vivid gemstones without feeling costume-like, while the architectural lines showed off Robert Wun’s precise, modern approach. Her Bulgari jewelry added a clean, refined edge that tied the whole look together.

Moments like this are why Pia continues to live in our cultural memory, not just as a beauty queen but as a woman who knows how to create iconic visuals. She’s long been part of the Philippine style story, and with looks like these, she’s writing chapters that will sit in our fashion history books for years to come.
