We can all agree that maternity dressing is not what it once was. While traditionally, pregnancy fashion focused on gently skimming over the bump, or drawing attention away from it, modern mothers have found other ways of embracing their changing bodies.
These days, they can just be extensions of our everyday outfits. They pushed their jeans down, opted for dresses with some stretch, and wore crop tops. Here, just a few examples from our favorite style stars who are soon-to-be moms.
Coleen Garcia-Crawford
A soft, flowy silk dress can make for a nice semi-formal ‘fit in early pregnancy. Silk doesn’t have to be naturally stretchy, but the draping quality is really nice—not to mention comfortable in the midst of body changes.

Jess Wilson
Jess has an exceptionally cool maternity style (which makes sense, because her non-maternity style is cool as well). Coordinates are such a smart choice, since it offers effortless style and ultimate comfort for moms-to-be.

Janica Nam Floresca
If you have a cute two piece white set, this is the time and place to wear it. Social media influencer Janica looks so fresh, blooming and comfortable in this stretchy outfit.
