Style is no longer defined by what you wear, but by the stories you choose to carry.
In its Spring 2026 chapter, Coach reframes fashion as narrative with its new global campaign, “Explore Your Story.” Rather than centering product alone, the campaign shifts focus toward something more personal and evolving: identity as a story constantly being written in real time.

Anchored by the brand’s iconic Coach Tabby Bag, the campaign reframes accessories as companions to self-expression rather than symbols of status. One detail stands out: a playful collection of book charms, small, deliberate nods to the idea that every story begins with something personal.
At a time when digital culture is defined by speed and fragmentation, Coach leans into something unexpected: stillness. The campaign is shaped by a global insight gathered from Gen Z, despite living in a world of short-form content, many are returning to books, long-form narratives, and shared reading spaces as a way to understand themselves and each other.
“Explore Your Story” responds to that shift not with nostalgia, but with intention. It positions storytelling as both anchor and escape, something that helps young people navigate identity, emotion, and possibility in a hyperconnected world.

The campaign is fronted by a multi-generational cast of cultural voices: Elle Fanning, Storm Reid, Paige Bueckers, SOYEON, Lilas Ikuta, and Shan Yichun, each representing a different world of creativity, from film, music, sport, and pop culture. Together, they reflect a single idea: identity is layered, not linear.

Directed by Marcus Ibanez and photographed by Elaine Constantine, the campaign films unfold like visual short stories. Each scene begins with a book, and expands into a shifting world of imagination. As the characters read, their surroundings transform, blurring the line between reality and narrative. What emerges is not fantasy, but feeling: the idea that stories don’t just reflect who we are, they actively shape who we become.

Beyond the screen, Coach extends the campaign into real life. Global activations across the U.S., Asia, and other key markets are designed to turn storytelling into community, creating physical spaces where Gen Z can connect, share, and be heard.
At a time when brands often speak louder than audiences, Coach chooses something different: listening.
Because in this world, style is not just seen.
It is read.
It is shared.
And most importantly, it is lived.
